Most asked about
The 441-01 keeps things simple: a full kitchen along one wall, a living room that runs to a covered porch, and a bedroom set behind its own bath and laundry. Clean lines and an efficient rectangle make it one of the most straightforward plans to site and permit.
Process
You’ll see a written scope and a price before anything gets ordered. The rest of it goes like this.
We look at your lot, your setbacks, and what your city or county will actually allow before anyone draws anything.
We walk the property together, talk through how you want to use the space, and narrow down a plan.
A written quote covering the plan you chose, the finish package, and the site work your property needs.
We prepare and submit the permit set and manage the back-and-forth with the jurisdiction.
Foundation through final finishes, with regular updates as the work goes.
Recent work
Foundations, framing, additions and finish work across Kennewick, Pasco, Richland and the rest of the Tri-Cities.

Materials
Cabinets, tile, flooring and fixtures all get picked before anything is ordered, so what you sign for is what gets installed.

Next step
The first call is short. Where the property is, what you're picturing, and whether the lot will take it. If the answer is no, we'll say so.
