Custom decks and outdoor living space in the Tri-Cities. Multi-level layouts, pergolas and covered patios, framed to take both the summers and the winters.
From May through September the deck tends to be the busiest room in the house, and it costs a fraction of what the same square footage costs indoors.
We frame for this climate specifically. Fasteners and materials that take the swing from 105 degrees in July to hard freezes in January, and footings sized for the ground they're actually sitting on.

We look at your lot, your setbacks, and what your city or county will actually allow before anyone draws anything.

Meet with the team
We walk the property together, talk through how you want to use the space, and narrow down a plan.

Quote
A written quote covering the plan you chose, the finish package, and the site work your property needs.
- 04
Permit
We prepare and submit the permit set and manage the back-and-forth with the jurisdiction.
- 05
Construct
Foundation through final finishes, with regular updates as the work goes.
