Need help with a smaller project?

Trim, drywall, fixtures, doors and punch-list work in the Tri-Cities, booked in between the bigger builds.

We mostly build ADUs and remodels, but houses need attention between the big jobs, and small work is the hardest thing to get anyone to turn up for.

It is also how a lot of our bigger projects start. Someone calls about a sticking door and six months later we're framing their basement.

Feasibility
We look at your lot, your setbacks, and what your city or county will actually allow before anyone draws anything.

Meet with the team
We walk the property together, talk through how you want to use the space, and narrow down a plan.

Quote
A written quote covering the plan you chose, the finish package, and the site work your property needs.

Permit
We prepare and submit the permit set and manage the back-and-forth with the jurisdiction.
05
Construct
Foundation through final finishes, with regular updates as the work goes.
