Tiny Cottage Builders NW is a locally owned remodeling and construction company serving the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities. Led by builder Brandon Lott, we specialize in garage and basement conversions, ADU construction, and home remodels that blend functionality, comfort, and timeless design.

To help homeowners make the most of the space they already have, through expert craftsmanship and dependable service. Whether that’s an in-law suite, a finished basement, or a new detached ADU, the goal is the same: more usable home, built to last.

Process

How a project goes

You’ll see a written scope and a price before anything gets ordered. The rest of it goes like this.

Feasibility
We look at your lot, your setbacks, and what your city or county will actually allow before anyone draws anything.

Meet with the team
We walk the property together, talk through how you want to use the space, and narrow down a plan.

Quote
A written quote covering the plan you chose, the finish package, and the site work your property needs.
04
Permit
We prepare and submit the permit set and manage the back-and-forth with the jurisdiction.
05
Construct
Foundation through final finishes, with regular updates as the work goes.
